First-time merchant orders will be shipped after new accounts are reviewed.

Agreement

Thirsty Bug LLC would love to partner with you as a merchant. Once you have become an approved merchant, you will then be able to start selling Bev Hats through your place of business. Merchants must remain in current good standing with Thirsty Bug LLCs in order to distribute its products. Merchants may not resell BevHat items through any ecommerce websites either directly or indirectly other than through it's own merchant website. Merchants shall not sell BevHat products wholesale without express written approval of Thirsty Bug LLC. Thirsty Bug LLC reserves the right to revoke any merchant account if it deems inappropriate action has taken place that could discredit the company image, brand and/or cause financial harm.

Sales Tax
You are claiming that your purchase of our products will be for retail sales. If your purchased items are not for resale, then it is your obligation to contact us so we may apply the appropriate sales tax to your order.
